Organic eggs are becoming scarce quickly

The prices of free-range eggs are rising sharply across the European Union. In particular, the industrial demand remains strong, as producers have hardly been able to stock up due to limited availability this summer. The shortage thus continues. Especially organic eggs and XL eggs are becoming scarce quickly.
