Since the previous GDT event, the market had been sending mixed signals, and Event 404 reflected that uncertainty. The result aligned with the indication provided by SGX futures under the “C2” methodology. The average winning price closed at $4,298 per ton, representing a 1.33% increase compared to Event 403.
