DCA benchmarks milkfat commentary week 50

The milk fat market is characterized by a significant difference between butter and cream. The butter market as a whole remains under slight pressure, with the DCA benchmark price losing about 3% versus last week. The cream market on the other hand is very volatile and for most of the week under strong pressure, losing more than 10%, but then again going up all of a sudden.
