Narrowing price gap: dairy proteins head toward parity

Trade in high protein whey products remains weak, with prices of WPC80 continuing to drop. Prices for WPC80 are now on a level not seen since the spring of this year. Then prices were rising fast, now it's the other way around. There are, however, more differences.
