The liquid dairy market has fallen sharply this week compared to the previous few weeks. This is due to a persistently high milk supply coupled with declining demand. Christmas shopping has largely been done in the food industry and retail. Furthermore, processing capacity is at its peak, while less processing will take place in the coming weeks. Finally, finding transport is becoming increasingly difficult.
