Egg market avoids traditional summer dip

The egg prices show a mixed picture this week. While free-range eggs are still slightly decreasing in price, cage eggs prices in the European Union are rising slightly again. In Northern Europe, there is still some price pressure, although prices have not fallen as sharply as before. Meanwhile, price movements in Poland are quite strong, and there is a cautious signal that supply pressure may decrease in the long term.
