Powders give Global Dairy Trade a strong gain

Milk powders give this week's latest Global Dairy Trade auction the strongest upward push since March of this year. The index has risen by 2.5%. Fat remains weak, as does cheddar. The milk powders, on the other hand, give the overall auction a solid upward push. Read more here.
