Class action against US dairy industry over export program

Law firm Hagens Berman has filed a class action in the US against the dairy cooperatives that work together in the export program CWT (cooperatives working together). The accusation is that with this program they operate as a cartel, creating an artificial shortage in the domestic market and thereby driving up the domestic price.
