China opens access to expanded market for Brazilian pork offal exports

China has signed a new sanitary protocol with Brazil, opening its market to a broader range of Brazilian pork offal products. The new market access is expected to let Brazil ship more than 100,000 tonnes of pork offal annually, generating an estimated $100 million in revenue in the pork sector.
