Strong protein meets weak fat in dairy powder markets

Dairy powders continued their upward trajectory through the end of summer and the beginning of autumn. All commodities reached their highest point of the year in October, with most recovering throughout the year after a notable decline in late 2025. Yet, a clear divergence was observed across commodities, with most protein-based commodities recording strong increases, while commodities containing fat showed a weaker performance.
