Canadian dairy exports weaken in June

Canadian dairy exports were very weak in June, declining by 15.88%, or 23 million kilo LME. This follows an increase of 5.60% in May.Negative results were recorded for SMP, WMP, whey, modified whey, cheese, butter, butter oil, and milk & cream. In contrast, liquids recorded exceptionally strong results, except for butter oil and milk. Import volumes increased by 51.84%, or 53 million kilo LME, following an increase of 22.26%, or 23 million kilo LME, in May.
