DCA benchmarks: Liquid commentary week 4

Benchmarks on the liquid dairy market are only slowly recovering from the dip caused by the December holiday period. Prices of raw milk, for example, remain well below the farmgate milk prices paid to dairy farmers. Only skimmed milk concentrate is showing a reasonably strong recovery.
