DCA Benchmarks: Milk fat commentary week 51

The negative price difference between butter and cream widened further this week. Never before in the history of the DCA Benchmark Prices has the difference been this large. Pressure on cream prices is extremely high, in line with other liquid dairy products, driven by the holiday season and high milk supply across Europe.
