Onion market remains steady with a bulk of off-land onions

There is a lot of supply of onions this season. The hectare yields - especially in the north of the Netherlands - seem to be above average and there has been little to complain regarding quality so far. The trade is also going well. Senegal has already taken onions and the major export destination is expected to fully open its borders for onions soon.
