Good grain year does not yet translate into export

The grain export is not picking up well this new season. Not only European exporters are dealing with this. In Russia, the wheat yield is slightly better than previously expected according to SovEcon's forecast. The American President Trump also made his voice heard. A deal with India is far off, and the changed attitude of the White House towards the Kremlin plays a role in this too.
