Not all potato growing areas received ample rain

It is a wear and tear situation for the crops in Europe. After a heatwave with extreme temperatures, local heavy rainfall is now occurring in Northwest Europe. Potatoes and onions were planted and sown early on average, causing them to show significant decline by early July.
