German seed potato area breaks through 20,000 hectares

For the first time, more than 20,000 hectares of seed potatoes are being grown in Germany. This sets a new record. Last year, the area already saw a significant increase, following a dip in the three years prior. What stands out is the substantial area of table potato varieties.
