Harvesting of winter onions sets prices in motion

The harvest of winter onions is starting to pick up pace, although it will temporarily pause this upcoming weekend due to the predicted heat. Next week, temperatures will normalize again. The new onions are early, but the old ones are also largely gone. There is not yet a great demand for them.
