DCA Frozen Fries Index still hasn’t bottomed out

A small drama is unfolding for the EU-4 potato market with the free-buy price for processing potatoes dropping ever lower. This impacts the price of French fries, which is also showing another decline. Cheaper sunflower oil is another factor which causes a reduced cost price for processors.
