Potato price pressure weighs on fries price

It comes as no surprise that the DCA Frozen Fries Index saw another price decrease last week. The Open Market Index hasn’t reached the bottom yet. Frying oil has also seen a price reduction in recent weeks, whereas gas prices have increased slightly.
