DCA Frozen Fries Index more than halved in years’ time

The production cost of frozen French fries continues to drop for European processors. The Open Market Index has reached its lowest level since late October 2023. Compared to a year ago, the price of a tonne of frozen fries is now less than half of what it cost to produce in May 2024.
