First price increase in 5 weeks for DCA Frozen Fries Index

After five weeks of price reductions the tide has turned for the DCA Frozen Fries Index. The Open Market Index saw a marginal gain during the last week. This can be traced back to a price increase for French potatoes. Raw potato prices have found a stabile level now that the planting season is in full swing.
