Pricing of open market fries goes through the floor

The DCA Frozen Fries Index shows another significant increase in week 9. Especially the Open Market Index has fallen through after the free-buy price of raw potatoes took another hit. The Fastfood Index meanwhile, even managed a small price increase. This is mainly due to regional quotations, that are somewhat behind compared to the rapid market developments.
