DCA Frozen Fries Index stabilises as potato prices remain stable

Free-buy potato prices in the EU-4 countries have stabilized. This means that the DCA Frozen Fries Index also finds itself moving sideways during half February. The Index is now at a similar price level compared to a year ago. Does this mean that new price rises cannot be ruled out?
