Location: Lelystad / Hybrid
Hours: 32 hours per week (flexible 24–36 hours)
Languages: Dutch & English (an additional language such as French, German, or Polish is a plus)
Experience: Junior to Mid-level
Salary: €2,700 – €4,100 gross per month (full-time)

At DCA Market Intelligence, we’re looking for an energetic and curious Account Executive who can spot opportunities, connect with clients, and help them unlock the full value of our market data. What you’ll do
As an Account Executive, you’ll be the go-to person for our clients using the DCA Market Intelligence platform. You’ll build strong relationships, guide new users to get the most out of our tools, and proactively follow up on leads. You’ll identify opportunities for clients to gain value and match their needs with the insights and price benchmarks we provide.

You’ll work closely with other Account Executives, supported by our customer service team and market specialists. As we operate both nationally and internationally, you’ll need some flexibility for occasional trade fairs or client meetings outside standard hours. In return, you’ll enjoy plenty of freedom in managing your schedule and the option to work partly from home.

Your key responsibilities

  • Proactively contact qualified leads by phone and follow up through digital channels
  • Strengthen relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities with new prospects
  • Analyze customer needs and translate them into effective solutions within our platform
  • Provide onboarding support and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Monitor platform usage and take action when needed (e.g., renewals, upselling)
  • Schedule and conduct client review meetings
  • Share customer insights with the product team to enhance our services
  • Use our CRM system and contribute to improving our commercial processes

What you bring

  • Experience in client interaction via phone or online channels (e.g., sales, support, or administration) and the confidence to engage with clients, even when they are still exploring their options
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (B2 level or higher)
  • A structured and detail-oriented work style with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • A solutions-focused mindset and strong sense of ownership for your clients
  • Curiosity about data, market insights, and how organizations use them strategically

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience as a commercial account manager or Account Executive
  • Experience selling online services (SaaS solutions)
  • Proficiency in an additional language (e.g., French, German, Polish, Italian, or Spanish)
