The first Global Dairy Trade of December shows a downward trend once again. This is for the eighth time in a row. The index is 4.3% lower, but there are significant differences per product. The main products at the auction - the milk powders - are holding steady, but the prices for milk fat are dropping further. This is while Cheddar suddenly increases again.
